Refund policy
We have a 7-day exchange or store-credit policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item or 7 days after you receive a pickup notification to request a return store credit or exchange . Returns on online orders must be postmarked within 7 days of purchase date.
To be eligible for exchange or store-credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, smoke free, pet hair free, and stain free. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You may not return the following:
- SALE/CLEARANCE
- Jewelry
- Riddle Products
- Sunglasses
- Scarves/headbands/hairbows/hats/belts
- Tyler Candle Products
- Gift Certificates

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We are not able to refund shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), jewelry, or accessories. .
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, items discounted more than 15%, or gift cards.
